At This & That Store, we offer fast, reliable domestic shipping options. Below you’ll find details for both Standard and Express shipping, including our Free Shipping threshold.


Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping is our default, budget-friendly option available for all U.S. orders.

  • Free Shipping: Orders totaling $50.00 or more qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.
  • Standard Rates: For orders under $50.00, shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Standard shipments typically arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Carriers: USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping is available at checkout for customers who need faster delivery.

  • Processing Time: Express orders are prioritized and processed within 1 business day.
  • Delivery Time: Express shipments arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Rates: Calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected carrier speed. Express shipping does not qualify for free shipping.
  • Carriers: USPS Priority Mail, UPS 2-Day, or FedEx Express.

Order Processing & Cutoff Times

  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM PST (Monday–Friday) begin processing the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST, on weekends, or on official holidays begin processing the next business day.

Tracking & Order Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, carrier link, and estimated delivery timeframe.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately. We will open an investigation with the carrier and assist you with a replacement or refund as needed.
